These terms apply to the Issuegrid add-on for Google Sheets and the issuegrid.app website (together, "Issuegrid"), operated by Maxyme Tuffery ("we", "us"). By installing or using Issuegrid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Issuegrid.
1. The service
Issuegrid imports issues from your Jira Cloud site into Google Sheets. You need your own Google account and Jira Cloud account. Issuegrid is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Atlassian or Google.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your Jira credentials and for making sure you are allowed to access and export the Jira data you import.
- You are responsible for who you share your spreadsheets with, since imported data is stored in them.
- You must not use Issuegrid to break the law, to overload or attack Jira or Google services, or to break Atlassian's or Google's terms.
3. Free and paid plans
Issuegrid is currently offered free of charge, with the limits shown on issuegrid.app. A paid Pro plan may be offered later. Its price and terms will be shown before you buy, and you will never be charged without agreeing to a purchase.
4. Provided "as is"
Issuegrid is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of imported data and uninterrupted availability. Jira and Google may change their services in ways that affect Issuegrid. Always check important data against Jira itself.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Issuegrid. Our total liability for any claim relating to Issuegrid is limited to the amount you paid us for Issuegrid in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 euros if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Issuegrid at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, for example if you break these terms or if we discontinue Issuegrid.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data Issuegrid accesses and where it is stored.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced on issuegrid.app. If you keep using Issuegrid after a change, you accept the updated terms.
