Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains what the Issuegrid add-on for Google Sheets ("Issuegrid", "we", "us") accesses, why, and where that information is kept. Issuegrid is operated by Maxyme Tuffery.

Summary

Google permissions we request

Issuegrid requests only the following Google OAuth scopes:

Issuegrid does not request access to your Google Drive files, Gmail, contacts or calendar, and cannot open any spreadsheet other than the one you are using it in.

Information Issuegrid stores, and where

All of this is stored by Google as part of your Google account and spreadsheet. Issuegrid has no separate database.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the features you ask for: connecting to Jira, importing issues into your spreadsheet and refreshing them. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, analytics or AI model training, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Issuegrid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third parties

If you join the Pro waitlist on issuegrid.app, the email address you enter is stored by our website host (Netlify) and used only to tell you about Issuegrid Pro. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Deleting your data

Security

All requests between Google and your Jira site use HTTPS. Your API token is only readable by Issuegrid running under your own Google account.

Children

Issuegrid is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on issuegrid.app.
